Hello,
My name is Mya, and I have two little boys. 5 and 4 years old, and my youngest is autistic. Recently we have been going through a lot of schedule changes, I have a new job, and he has a new babysitter. Things have been very upsetting to him, and I am out of ideas. He has developed a new habbit of only wearing pajamas, and if I try to change him into clothes he has a complete meltdown, and his day is totally thrown off. His teachers are concerned and doing their best to help him cope. I am raising my boys alone, and I have no body to take over for me when I get overwhelmed, I just have to cry, or hold it in. Lately I have cried more than I have in many years.
He has started hitting and pulling hair and scratching when he has fitts now, and they last for sometimes hours. I need advice or ideas on how to get him back on track.
This is a small tid bit, just the most recent, but if you would like more information, just ask.
