The Social Communication Clinic will open June 26, 2007. Speech and language pathologist Julie Balderston, psychologist Leslie Jeffery and speech and language pathologist's assistant Sue Kish offer social skills training for children with high-functioning autism, Asperger's syndrome and pervasive developmental disorder.

It starts end of September

It starts end of September 2007. They run 10 sessions, 1 time per week for 1 hour. The last 10 minutes is with parents. It costs $450. The sessions can be Tue/Wed/Thur at either 4:30-5:30, 6-7, or 7:15-8:15. The Tuesday 4:30-5:30 is full. I was thinking of Wed from 4:30-5:30 - you could get there the last 10 minutes for the parent consult.

They are a bit eclectic but they focus on skills at school, making friends, hidden rules, and have very small groups. It is lead by an SLP.
