第一章 学生管理和学习期限

Chapter I Student Management and Term of Study

第一条 2007so太阳集团国际学生管理科负责国际学生的教务、教学管理工作。

Article 1 The International   Student Affairs Office of School of  International Education shall be responsible for the teaching and the academic affairs management of the international students.

第二条 语言进修生和预科生的学习期限至少为一学年，普通本科专业标准学制 为四年，研究生学制参照太阳集团2007各专业研究生培养方案执行。

Article 2 The term of study for language student and preparatory students shall be at least one academic year, the standard length of schooling of general undergraduate majors is 4 years, the length of schooling for graduate students follows that of their respective majors in Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University.

第二章 出勤与请假管理

Chapter II Attendance and Leave Management

第三条 国际学生按照学校的教学安排参加学习和休假。

Article 3 International students shall participate in study and leave according to the teaching arrangement of the University.

第四条 国际学生应遵守学校的学习纪律，上课不得迟到、早退和旷课。

Article 4 International students shall abide by the study discipline of the University.They shall not be late for class,leave early or be absent from class.

1. 一学期内单科旷课时数超过该课程学时三分之一者，不得参加该课程期末考 试，成绩计零分；旷课总时数超过学期总学时二分之一者，予以退学；

If the number of absenteeism hours of a single course in a semester exceeds one third of the class hours of the course,he/she shall not participate in the final examination of the course,and the score shall be 0;If the total number of absenteeism hours exceeds one-half of the total semester hours,he/she shall be dropped out.

2. 未经请假或未准假擅自离校者，作旷课处理；

Students who leave the University without asking for leave or without permission will be treated as absenteeism;

3. 上课迟到或早退 20 分钟以上者，视该节课为旷课。

Students who are late for class or leave early for more than 20 minutes shall be regarded as absenteeism.

4. 每学期第 10 和第 15 周学院将发布出勤警告，缺课超过 1/2 者将被勒令退学。 The College will issue attendance warnings at the 10th and 15th week of each semester, and students who miss more than half of the class will be ordered to drop out.

第五条 国际学生因病、因事无法到课，应办理请假手续。因病不能上课者，须 出示医院证明，并及时报告任课教师。因病或因事请假一天之内的，由任课老师 批准； 一天以上者，由国际学生管理科批准。

Article 5 International  students who are unable to attend classes due to illness or private affairs shall apply for leave.Students who are unable to attend class due to illness shall show the certificate presented by a hospital and report to the teacher in time.Leave due to illness or private affairs within one day shall be approved by the teacher.Leave for more than one day shall be approved by the International Student Affairs Office.

第六条 因特殊情况无法事先请假者，应在三天内补办请假手续。

Article 6 Students who cannot ask for leave in advance due to special circumstances shall complete the leave formalities within three days.

第七条 未按规定流程办理请假手续擅自离校超过两周者，取消其学习资格，并 作自动退学处理。

Article 7 Students who leave the University for more than two weeks without going through the leave formalities in accordance with the prescribed procedures shall be disqualified from studying and will be automatically dropped out.

第三章 考核与成绩

Chapter III Assessment and Results

第八条 国际学生按时完成每学期的教学计划后，方能参加考核。

Article 8 International students can take part in the examination only after they have completed the teaching plan of each semester on time.

第九条 课程考核分为平时考核、期中考试和期末考试。平时考核包括课堂表现、 作业、测验、出勤率等。考试成绩一般采用百分制，60 分以上为及格。考试课 程的成绩以期终考试成绩为主，适当参考平时成绩和期中成绩。最终成绩：“期 终考试成绩占 50% 、平时成绩占 50%” 。学生无故不参加考试，作“旷考”处理， 计零分，不得补考。

Article 9 The assessment of courses shall be divided into routine assessment,mid-term examination and final examination. The routine assessment includes classroom performance,homework,tests,attendance rate,etc. The examination results generally adopt the hundred-point system, with 60 or above being considered as pass. The grade of the examination course is based on the final examination grade,with appropriate reference to the routine grade and mid-term grade. The final grade is calculated as “final exam grades account for 50%,and routine grades account for 50%” . Students who do not take the examination without any reason shall be treated as "absent from

the exam"with zero score and shall not make up the examination.

第十条 国际学生应认真、按时、独立完成教师布置的作业，凡无故不交作业三 分之一以上者，不得参加该课程的考试或考查。

Article 10 International students shall carefully on time and independently complete the assignments assigned by the teachers.Students who fail to submit more than one-third of heir assignments without any reason shall not take part in the examination or check of the course.

第十一条 国际学生必须携带护照、学生证参加考试。考试时，学生必须严格遵 守考场纪律，不得以任何形式作弊。考试作弊一经发现，其考试资格 将立即被 取消，相关课程成绩作零分处理，成绩后注明“作弊”字样，不得补考。

Article 11 International students must take their passports and student ID cards to participate in the examinations.During the examinations,international students must strictly observe the discipline of the examination room and shall not cheat in any form.Once cheating in the examination is found,his/her qualification will be cancelled immediately. The cores of the relevant courses will be zeroed. The word "cheating"shall be marked after the scores. No make-up examination is allowed.

第四章 结业证书与成绩单

Chapter IV Certificate of Completion and Transcript

第十二条 满足以下条件的语言进修生可获得由2007so太阳集团颁发的结业证书：

Article 12 Language student who meet the following requirements may obtain the

Certificate of Completion issued by the School of International Education:

1. 出勤率至少达到总课时的 2/3;

Attendance rate shall be at least 2/3 of the total class hours;

2.平时必须完成教师布置的作业，并参加平时测验、期中、期末所有科目的考试；

At ordinary times,they must complete the assignments assigned by the teachers, and  take part in the usual tests, mid-term and final examinations of all subjects;

3.一年学习期限内各门必修课程的学期总成绩全部及格；

During the one-year study term, the total score of all required courses in each semester is passed;

4.无重大违纪、违规行为。

There is no major violation of discipline or regulations.

第十三条 结业证书办理：2007so太阳集团以学期为单位，为进修生办理一次结业 证书。结业证书只发放一份，遗失不补。

Article 13 Handling of Certificate of Completion: The School of International Education provides a Certificate of Completion for the students on a semester by semester basis. Only one Certificate of Completion will be issued. No replacement will be made if it is lost.

第十四条 以下情况的语言进修生不能获得结业证书，只能获得该学期的学习证 明：

Article 14 Language student who meet the following conditions shall not be able to obtain a Certificate of Completion of the course,but may only obtain a certificate of study for that semester:

1.两门或两门以上必修课程期末总成绩不及格；

Fail the final examination of two or more required courses;

2.个人原因要求提前结束学习者。

Students who request to end their studies early due to personal reasons.

3. 申请学习证明者，总出勤率需达到50%以上，并向国际留学生管理科提出申请。 Students who apply for a certificate of study shall have a total attendance of more  than 50%and apply to the International Student Affairs Office.
